Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said today in a meeting with Vice President of US company Intel John Davis that the Serbian government supports the rapid development of information technology in Serbia in cooperation with major international companies in IT sector.
Dacic said that the Serbian government supports the cooperation of local companies with Intel in the software development industry and the production of modern equipment.
He also said that system education projects for students in Serbia are being examined.
The officials agreed that Intel and other major international companies in this field could raise the level of education in this field in Serbia.
The Prime Minister stressed that Serbia has ambitions to become a regional leader in IT technology and is on the right track to achieving this goal in cooperation with the largest companies in the world.
