According to the report, the programme has been fulfilled 85%, or more specifically, 111 regulations out of 131 were adopted.
When it comes to the adoption of bills and by-laws planned for the first and second quarter of 2013, the government fulfilled 69% of the plan by adopting 90 regulations out of 131 planned.
The NPAA prescribes that a total of 65 laws and 320 by-laws and other acts should be adopted in 2013.
According to the NPAA, the government was supposed to adopt 21 bills in the first two quarters of the year. The government adopted 10 bills, which is 48% of the plan.
Taking into account the obligations carried out in advance, the government adopted a total of 14 bills envisaged by the NPAA. In the same period, Serbian Parliament adopted 10 laws, thus fulfilling 71% of obligations.
The government planned to adopt 13 by-laws in the given time period, whereas it adopted four, which is 31% of what was planned (decrees, decisions, strategies, conclusions).
Ministries and special organisations planned the adoption of 97 by-laws (rule books and orders), and 76 were adopted, which means that the plan was fulfilled 78%.
A total of 25 regulations that were scheduled for adoption later in the year were adopted in this period.
