The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that, according to information from the Embassy of Serbia in Bulgaria, no one was injured in a traffic accident that occurred near the Panagyurishte exit, in the direction of Sofia, involving a double-decker bus carrying 84 citizens of the Republic of Serbia.

According to information available to the Embassy, the bus left the road, broke through the safety barrier and came to a stop in a nearby field.
Following the accident, all passengers safely exited the bus and were transported to a nearby INSA Oil petrol station, where another bus arranged by the Serbian carrier is expected to arrive to enable them to continue their journey to Serbia.
The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Bulgaria continues to monitor the situation and remains in constant contact with the relevant authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria, the statement adds.
