Exports stood at $277.3 million, which is 63.5 percent more than in the same period last year, while imports totalled $430.2 million, which is 27.9 percent less than in the same period of 2003.
Foreign trade deficit reached $152.9 million, down by 64.2 percent against the same period a year earlier.
Most exported products were intermediate goods, 70.5 percent, consumer goods, 25.5 percent, and equipment, 4 percent.
Intermediate goods accounted for 66.7 percent of total imports, followed by consumer goods, 22.9 percent, and equipment, 10.4 percent.
The largest importers of Serbian products were Italy, Germany and Bosnia-Herzegovina, while most of Serbia’s imports were from Russia, Germany and Italy.
