Six Vojvodina companies auctioned off for nearly 135 million dinars

The Serbian Privatisation Agency held the 137th auction of socially owned equity, selling six companies for a total of 134.9 million dinars.
Apatin-based Dunav was sold at the starting price of 12.2 million dinars to Italian company ITALSVENSKA SPA Mario del Friuli.
Novi Sad-based Bor was sold for 1.8 million dinars, up from the starting price of 93,000 dinars.
Vranjska Banja-based Mineralico Nemetali bought Novi Sad’s Talija for the starting price of 67,000 dinars.
Dragan Zolnajic bought Subotica-based Rasadnik for 54 million dinars, up from the starting price of 8.5 million dinars.
Zrenjanin’s Minel Fepo was sold to Nenad Popovic at the starting price of 62.9 million dinars.
Novi Sad-based Prodor was sold to Nenad Pavlin for five million dinars, up from the starting price of 4.79 million dinars.
The auctions of Globus from Novi Sad, Bim and Napredak from Vrbas, Agrosavez from Sombor, Korzo from Ruma, Panonija and Partizan from Subotica, Mokrin from Mokrin, and Inzenjering Promet from Zrenjanin were declared unsuccessful.
