The statement said that the Action Plan provides activities to meet the recommendations of the European Commission (EC) presented in the annual progress report, published in October this year.
The plan provides an overview of the most important recommendations of the shortcomings identified by the EC, and a review of relevant institutions, measures and deadlines for the implementation of these recommendations and actions envisaged by the plan.
The draft action plan was prepared in tabular form, and the recommendations contained in the table are the responsibility of the government, and the recommendations in the field of legislative and judicial branches, as well as those related to the independent regulatory bodies, are given at the end of the table, but only as a systematic review of the recommendations on the basis of which the aforementioned authorities will submit their reports.
The deadline for the implementation of the Action Plan will cover the period following the publication of the annual report of the European Commission, and the Office will prepare reports on the fulfilment of the plan in April, July and September next year, the statement added.
