The Serbian parliament adopted today the amendments to the Law on customs, aimed at facilitating business operations and creating an improved business climate in Serbia, as well as compliance with other regulations in the country and the EU.
Lawmakers adopted the Law on ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia to the mutual legal assistance in civil and criminal matters.
The Law on ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia on mutual enforcement of court decisions in criminal matters was also adopted.
The parliament also approved the Law on ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia on extradition as well as the Law on ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Slovenia on mutual enforcement of court decisions in criminal matters.
Also, the Law on ratification of the Agreement between the governments of the Republic of Serbia and the State of Palestine on the avoidance of double taxation was adopted.
MPs adopted the Law on ratification of the Agreement between the government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria on the reciprocal promotion and protection of investments.
The parliament gave its consent to the changes to establishment and work of the Office of the Commissioner for Protection of Equality and the Rules on internal organisation and job classification in the Office of the Commissioner for Protection of Equality.
