President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić welcomed today, in front of the Palace of Serbia, with the highest state honours, President of Georgia Mikheil Kavelashvili, who is on an official visit to Serbia.

The President of Georgia was given a ceremonial welcome, with the playing of the anthems of the two countries and an honour guard of the Serbian Armed Forces.
Together with Vučić, Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić also welcomed Kavelashvili.
After the ceremonial welcome, a tête-à-tête meeting of the presidents of the two countries will follow, ahead of a plenary meeting of the members of the delegations of Serbia and Georgia, led by the two presidents.
