By adopting these two laws, the conditions have been made for the appointment of the new Serbian government.
The Law on ministries was supported by 137 deputies, while 69 MPs voted against it.
The Law on ministries provides that the government will establish special offices in charge of Kosovo-Metohija, human and minority rights, religious affairs and diaspora.
The amendments to the Law on the government received support from 139 deputies, while 56 voted against.
Under the adopted amendments, a large part of the duties and powers from the public administration are transferred to public agencies and other holders of public powers.
The adopted changes stipulate that the government will have the right and obligation to cancel, suspend or revoke a regulation or general act of the holder of public powers at the state level, which is not regulated under the applicable law.
