Tadic and Nikolic won 989, 454 votes and 979,216 votes respectively, or 25.31% versus 25.05%.
The third-ranked in the competition for the president of Serbia is the candidate of the coalition Socialist Party of Serbia-Party of United Pensioners of Serbia-United Serbia (SPS-PUPS-JS) Ivica Dacic with 14.23% of the vote.
The candidate of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Vojislav Kostunica won 7.44% of votes, while the candidate of the United Regions of Serbia (URS) Zoran Stankovic scored 6.58% of votes, and the candidate of “U-turn” (Preokret) Cedomir Jovanovic won 5.03%.
The presidential candidate of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) Jadranka Seselj won 3.78% of votes and the candidate of the group of citizens "Dveri" Vladan Glisic 2.77%.
The candidate of the group of citizens "Movement of Workers and Peasants" Zoran Dragisic scored 1.54% of votes, while the candidate of the group of citizens Muamer Zukorlic won 1.39% of votes.
The candidate of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians Istvan Pastor won 1.62% of votes, whereas the candidate of the Social Democratic Alliance Danica Grujicic had 0.78% of votes.
The percentage of invalid ballots in the presidential election was 4.47%.
The RIK also released the results of the parliamentary election, according to which the list of candidates “Let’s Get Serbia Moving - Tomislav Nikolic” scored the best result and won 74 seats in the Serbian parliament, followed by the list "Choice for a Better Life - Boris Tadic" with 67 seats.
The third-ranked is the list "Ivica Dacic - SPS-PUPS-JS", which won 44 seats.
The fourth-ranked is DSS with 21 mandates, "U-turn - Cedomir Jovanovic" with 16 seats and "URS - Mladjan Dinkic" with 16 seats.
The Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians Istvan Pastor won five seats, the Party of Democratic Action of Sandzak Sulejman Ugljanin two seats, and the lists "All Together" and "None of the answers offered" one each.
According to final results, the Coalition of Albanians of the Presevo Valley won one mandate.
