The Serbian parliament today adopted a Bill amending the Law on the single list of voters, a Bill amending the Law on encouraging the construction industry in a time of crisis and a Bill on cinematography.

The parliament also passed a Bill amending the Law on housing and three bills which approve Serbia’s new loans totalling €83 million.
One of these is a Bill on Serbia’s loan with Komercijalna Banka Beograd for the procurement of the building of Aeroinzenjering and the necessary works on the building where the First Basic Court in Belgrade will be located.
The second is a Bill ratifying the agreement on a €25 million loan and financing between KfW Frankfurt am Mein and Serbia, intended for the second stage of the programme of water and sewerage in medium-sized municipalities in Serbia.
The third is a Bill ratifying a €45 million loan agreement for the “Rehabilitation of the Distance Heating System in Serbia – stage IV” between KfW Frankfurt am Mein and Serbia.
MPs adopted a Bill ratifying an agreement on amendments to the agreement between Serbia and the European Investment Bank (EIB) on establishing activities of the EIB’s regional office in Serbia, as well as a Bill amending the Law on enterprises.
A Bill amending the Law on the Business Registers Agency (APR) was also passed, as well as a Bill on the registration procedure at the APR and a Bill amending the Law on the acquisition of shareholder companies.
The parliament adopted a Bill amending the Law on insurance and a Bill amending the Law on the Constitutional Court.
The parliament adopted six inter-state agreements on the fight against organised crime, citizens’ travels, social security and technical regulations for vehicles.
MPs today adopted a Bill on patents and a Bill amending the Law on copyright and related rights.
