Government adopts budget revision bill

The Parliament today adopted budget revision bill for 2011 in agreement with the IMF, projecting RSD 707.34 billion revenue, RSD 850 billion expenses, and RSD 142.7 billion deficit.

The government adopted an amendment specifying that the funds allocated by this law for financing Vojvodina's capital expenses in the fourth quarter of 2011 will be transferred to the province's budget in three equal installments on 1 November, 15 November and 1 December.
It also passed an amendment specifying the distribution of funds to towns and municipalities in the last quarter based on unallocated and solidarity transfers.
Towns and municipalities will get RSD 4.6 billion for unallocated transfers and nearly RSD 810 million for solidarity transfers.
