SAA ratification an important step for Serbia

Head of the Serbian government’s EU Integration Office Milica Delevic said today that the beginning of the ratification of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) is an important step for Serbia and confirmation of all its achievements so far.
Delevic told Tanjug news agency that the ratification of the SAA opens the door for further steps Serbia has to make, with the consent of the EU.
She underlined that the beginning of the ratification process, which is linked to the new report of ICTY Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz, is proof that Serbia is on the right path, “towards a common goal of Serbia and the EU, and that is the arrest and surrender of the remaining two indictees.”
