Serbian Parliament Speaker Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic has summoned the second emergency parliament session for 11.00 on 7 June, at the government’s request.
The parliament’s information service says in a statement that there will be eight items on the agenda, including a Bill amending the Law on the National Bank of Serbia, a Bill on electronic communications and a Bill amending the Law on higher education.
MPs will also debate a Bill affirming the agreement on establishing a regional public administration school (RESPA) and a Bill on court experts.
The agenda includes a Bill affirming a memorandum on agreement between Serbia and the EU regarding Serbia’s participation in the EU’s "Programme of Support to Developing a Policy of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT PSP) 2007–2013."
A proposed annual plan for deploying the Serbian Army and other forces in multinational operations in 2010 and a proposal concerning the participation of Serbian soldiers in multinational operations in 2010 are also on the agenda, the statement concludes.
