Djelic said that one of the most important elements of EU integration is achieving European standards in the area of judiciary and any problems concerning the reforms will be resolved.
These are important reforms which will improve the situation in Serbia and support the fight against organised crime, he said.
Transport Corridor 10 will be completed by 2012, with the possible exception of Grdelicka Klisura. Greece was to finance a section of the link from Leskovac to the Macedonian border but is not able to provide funds, he said.
Talking about the sale of Telekom Srbija, Djelic said that this is in the interest of the people and Telekom Srbija employees. He said that the Serbian government will ensure that ownership changes in the company are carried out in a proper manner in line with strategic national goals.
The company is entering a phase of development when it will need more investment and strategic partners in order to expand at a regional level, he said.
Telekom Srbija has managed to maintain a good position in the Serbian market despite tough competition, therefore the government decided to sell the company, said Djelic.
