Five socially-owned firms sold for 96 million dinars

The Serbian Privatization Agency held the 129th public auction today, selling five socially-owned firms for a total of 96.6 million dinars.
Zeljko Perkunic bought Belgrade-based Union Film for 37 million dinars, up from the starting price of 1.94 million dinars.
Textile firm Partizan from Cacak was sold to Ljubomir Gojkovic at the starting price of 12.76 million dinars.
Rozmir Golubovic bought Knjazevac-based construction firm Mile Julin for 45 million dinars, up from the starting price of 3.33 million dinars.
Plastika from Nova Varos was sold to Sakiba Varagic at the starting price of 18.24 million dinars.
Petar Tomovic bought Belgrade’s Tehnika Biroservis at the starting price of 1.85 million dinars.
The auctions of Sabac-based Dragan Srnic, Paracin-based Nikoooprema, Nis-based Jastrebac, Cacak-based Partizanka, Prnjavor-based Prnjavor Macvanski, Zajaca-based Istrazni Radovi, Ivanjica-based Proleter, Grejac-based Staklopromet, and Nis-based Gradina were declared unsuccessful. The auction of Inavjica-based Inex Moravica was cancelled.
