MPs adopted the Law amending the Law on the organisation of courts, the Law amending the Law on judges, the Law amending the Law on the public prosecutor's office and the Law amending the Law on the organisation and authorities of state organs in war crime proceedings.
The Law amending the Law on the organisation and fight against high technology crime and the Law on the judiciary academy were also passed.
The parliament also adopted the Law on data confidentiality, which defines the criteria for labelling a fact as confidential and for appointing officials in charge of that.
The bill on determining the maximum number of employees in state and local administration was also passed, as well as amendments to the Law on civil servants and the Law on free access to information of public importance.
MPs will continue voting on another 50 bills that are on the agenda of the 4th session of the autumn sitting that commenced on October 26.
Parliament passed the gender equality law, amendments to the law on the peaceful settlement of labour disputes, the bankruptcy law and amendments to the law on the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.
MPs also passed four loans pertaining to intellectual property including the trademark law, the law on the protection of topographies of integrated circuits, the industrial design protection law and the law on copyright and related rights.
