According to the statement, the contest will be open until October 5 this year and designs may be submitted to SIEPA at its premises.
The top three designs will be rewarded with sums of RSD 200,000, RSD 150,000 and RSD 100,000 respectively and a fashion show will be held to display the shortlisted designs at Belgrade Fashion Week.
The design and appearance of the uniform will be an important element of the visual identity of the Serbian Pavilion at Expo 2010 and will help form the image and national identity of the country.
A unique and recognisable uniform created by designers should present a modern and creative approach in clothing and contribute to the overall presentation.
Keeping in mind the importance of the uniform as a major factor in the first contact of visitors to the Pavilion, it is desirable that the design takes into account the City Code theme of the Serbian Pavilion. (More information available at

The main motif of the Serbian presentation is a piece of traditional fabric which symbolises the process of the development of the modern Serbian city.
