Debate begins on bills to affirm three financial agreements

Members of the Serbian Parliament began a debate this evening on three bills concerning the affirmation of financial agreements between Serbia and domestic and foreign creditors.
The three bills concern the Apex loans for small and medium-sized enterprises from the European Investment Bank, a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the Serbian health sector and loans for covering the budget deficit.
Serbian Minister of Finance Diana Dragutinovic called on the MPs to support these bills.
She said that these are very important bills, primarily the one concerning the Apex loans, because these loans will ensure a stable inflow of capital at a time when there is a shortage of capital.
