The parliament today completed a discussion on the principle amendments to the public information law and the law on culture and began a discussion in principle on seven judicial laws.

Minister of Culture Nebojsa Bradic invited MPs to vote for the bills and expressed his readiness to accept any amendments which will help to improve the laws.
He said that amendments to the public information law will not hamper media freedom but contribute to a higher degree of media responsibility.
As for the law on culture, he said its main aim is to define the public administration’s obligations towards cultural policy makers and vice versa.
