The Serbian government has recommended parliament to include in the agenda the anti-discrimination bill, the bills on international legal aid, on the prevention of money laundering and financing terrorism and on the affirmation of the Cybercrime Convention.
The agenda will also include the bills on the affirmation of the Council of Europe Convention on laundering, search, seizure and confiscation of the proceeds from crime and on the financing of terrorism, and on the affirmation of the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime addressing acts of racist or xenophobic nature.
MPs will also debate the bills on the affirmation of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings and the Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism.
The bill on the affirmation of the Protocol on amendments to the European Convention on the Suppression of Terrorism and the bill on the affirmation of the agreement between Serbia and Denmark concerning simplified methods for issuing visa are also on the agenda for the session.
The agenda includes the bills on civil registries, on amendments to the law on expropriation, on amendments to the law on taxation and the tax administration.
