As part of efforts to build and repair railway infrastructure, ZTP Beograd has purchased state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, which the Minister said will help the country modernise the railway sector.
It will also help boost railroad transport efficiency and safety, and improve the quality of services, said Ilic.
According to ZTP Beograd Assistant General Manager Janko Kovljanic, the equipment was purchased with funding secured from a European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) €22 million loan.
