Constitutive session of Serbian parliament ends

The constitutive session of the Serbian Parliament ended today with the election of Veljko Odalovic as parliamentary secretary. The constitutive session of parliament began on June 11 with verification of the newly elected MPs.

Members of 30 parliamentary committees were elected by majority vote. The committees include representatives of all party caucuses.
Yesterday six deputy parliament speakers were elected unanimously and without debate, of which four belong to the opposition and two to the majority parties. The parliament speaker was elected at the part of the constitutive session held on June 25.
