The Centre for Free and Democratic Elections (CeSID) stated that 42.7% of citizens turned out to vote by 5 pm.

CeSID Executive Director Zoran Lucic said at a press conference that 42% of the electorate voted in Vojvodina, 42.4% in Belgrade, 43.2% in central Serbia and 41.7% in Kosovo-Metohija.
CeSID Program Director Marko Blagojevic said there were no major irregularities so far that could bring the regularity of the election process into question.
