The deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia today adopted the Law amending the Law on the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Law amending the Law on Judges and the Law amending the Law on the High Prosecutorial Council.

Parliament adopts set of judicial laws

The Parliament also adopted the Law amending the Law on the Seats and Territories of Courts and Public Prosecutor’s Offices and the Law amending the Law on the Organisation and Competence of State Bodies for the Fight against High-Tech Crime.
The Law amending the Law on Human Cells and Tissues, the Law amending the Law on Human Organ Transplantation, and the Law amending the Law on the Establishment of a Guarantee Scheme and Subsidising Part of the Interest as a Support Measure for Young People Purchasing their First Residential Property were also adopted.
Members of the National Assembly of Serbia also adopted a number of laws ratifying agreements and contracts relating to infrastructure projects, as well as laws ratifying loan agreements and contracts.
