Haradinaj acquittal proves absence of justice at ICTY

Serbian Prime Minster Vojislav Kostunica said that today’s dark decision by the ICTY to acquit Ramush Haradinaj proves beyond doubt that this court was not established to provide justice.
Kostunica stressed in a written statement that it is obvious that this is a court which, among others, was formed to officially confirm that those guilty of crimes are not guilty.
Serbia explicitly and openly states that in addition to Haradinaj’s crimes a new major crime has been committed against the Serbs. The Hague tribunal mocks justice with this verdict and insults the innocent victims of Haradinaj’s crimes, stressed the Serbian Prime Minister.
