Energy agreement to be discussed at government session tomorrow

Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica said that the energy agreement with Russia will be discussed at the Serbian government session tomorrow and voiced hope that the government will decide to forward this document to Serbian parliament for initialling.
Kostunica said in a statement to Tanjug that the presence of top Serbian state officials at the signing of the energy agreement in Moscow is the best guarantee that the government, and immediately after, the Serbian parliament will make decisions to confirm this agreement.
Considering the fact that the agreement is vitally important to the development of the Serbian economy and one which is fully backed by the Serbian leadership, I believe that the government and parliament will decide in the interest of our country and nation, said the Serbian Prime Minister.
