Serbia to hand over duty of CoE chairmanship to Slovakia on November 12

Serbia will hand over the duty of chairmanship over the Council of Europe (CoE) Committee of Ministers to Slovakia in a special session of 47 CoE members.
Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuk Jeremic will preside over the first part of the session, during which he will present the work of the CoE Committee of Ministers in the previous six months, during Serbia’s chairmanship.
Jeremic will hand over the chairmanship duty to Slovak Foreign Minister Jan Kubis, who will present priorities for his country during its chairmanship in the next six months.
The two foreign ministers will open an exhibition “Naïve Slovak painting in Serbia” from Babka art collection in Kovacica.
