Cvetkovic attends meeting of the Swiss Constituency Group of IMF and World Bank

Serbian Minister of Finance Mirko Cvetkovic said that today's meeting of the Swiss Constituency Group of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank, which is being held today and tomorrow in Bern, focused on the problem of a new system of voting and the member states gave an overview of their macroeconomic situation.
The Constituency Group is actually a way of presentation of the member states in the World Bank and the IMF and that that forum gathers, apart from Switzerland, which is the bearer of the Constituency, Serbia, Poland, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kirgizstan and Azerbaijan.
Today in Bern Cvetkovic talked with the Swiss Minister of Finance and Economy and representative of the managing board of the Swiss Central Bank about the two country's bilateral relations and ways for their improvement.
Tomorrow's meeting will deal with preparations for the annual meeting of the World Bank and the IMF, which will be held in Washington from October 19 to 22.
The two-day meeting of the IMF Constituency Group is being held in the organisation of the Swiss Central Bank.
