Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Snežana Paunović and Ambassador of Italy to Serbia Luca Gori assessed today that there is significant room for intensifying cooperation and exchange of experiences between the two countries in order to further improve public administration and strengthen institutional capacities.

Paunović emphasised that public administration reform is one of the key processes on Serbia’s path to membership in the European Union and an important prerequisite for providing higher-quality services to individuals and businesses.
During the meeting, the organisation of the conference ReSPA – High-Level Policy Dialogue, which will be held in Belgrade on 17-18 November, was also discussed, as the final event of Serbia’s chairmanship of the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA).
