Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica and Serbian President Boris Tadic attended today in Modrica the funeral of Republika Srpska President Milan Jelic.

The funeral was also attended by a delegation of the Serbian government, International Community’s Special Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina Miroslav Lajcak, representatives of the diplomatic corps and international organisations in Bosnia-Herzegovina, the President of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, officials of Bosnia-Herzegovina, representatives of political parties from Republika Srpska and Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as representatives of NGOs and sports organisations from Republika Srpska and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Republika Srpska President was laid to rest at 2 pm in the city graveyard in Modrica, with all state and religious honours.
