Serbian Minister of Environmental Protection Sasa Dragin put into operation an automatic station for measuring concentration of sulfur dioxide in Bor today and announced further investments in the clean-up of environmental problems in this municipality.
Dragin explained that thanks to this measurement station, the inspection services will be able to react when pollution parameters are beyond normal values.
He said that the Ministry will insist that, aside from seeking a high price for the Bor metallurgical and mining complex at the tender, one of the conditions for its sale will be environmental protection.
