Ristanovic said that NSZ will put efforts to employ persons with impaired sight in call centres, who will have an opportunity to get permanent employment after undergoing an IT training.
So far, NSZ has signed a large number of cooperation agreements with employers in all parts of Serbia and the exact number of those agreements will be known by July 15.
In the past 6.5 years, Telekom Srbija reduced the number of employees on one hand due to network digitalisation and development of new technologies and on the other hand it opened new jobs in the field of sales and new services.
Petrovic said that during that period Telekom hired 1,817 new workers, of whom 650 with university degree. He said that Telekom Srbija remains open to new highly qualified professionals regardless of age.
Petrovic explained that since Telekom Srbija entered the markets of Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina, new jobs will be open in those countries as well.
