Prior to the draw for a combination of 20 questions, Loncar stated that according to preliminary results the future secondary school students did well in the Serbian language exams held yesterday.
Head of the Serbian committee on admissions Bogoljub Lazarevic said that according to reports from district committees, no irregularities were observed yesterday during the exams.
The qualification exams in mathematics for secondary school admissions in Serbia began at 10 am, and the examinees have two hours to complete the exam.
The preliminary results of the qualification exam will be known on June 21, while the final lists of students admitted and those who did not qualify will be displayed in school premises on June 25.
The final placement of students will be made public on July 5, and admissions are planned to take place on July 5 and 6.
There are a total of 83,448 seats in secondary schools in Serbia for the upcoming school year 2007/2008, for some 81,000 students who have finished elementary school education.
