A total of 135 MPs voted for Dulic, 98 were against, and two abstained. The vote was public.
Serbian MPs also elected today Bozidar Delic, Miloljub Albijanic and Esad Dzudzevic as deputy speakers, with majority backing.
The MPs earlier elected Natasa Jovanovic, Radojko Obradovic and Milutin Mrkonjic as deputy speakers.
The MPs also supported the proposal on appointing candidates for vacant seats in parliamentary committees.
Newly elected parliament speaker Oliver Dulic informed the MPs that the new parliament session will be held on May 25.
