Serbian Minister of Defence Zoran Stankovic, representatives of embassies and foreign military envoys laid wreaths today at the Monument of the Unknown Hero on Mt Avala on Victory Day which marks the triumph over fascism in the Second World War.

Stankovic wrote in the book of memories, “Glory to the heroes, who fell in the battle against fascism.”
Representatives of the city orchestra played the Victory March, and military envoys wore full uniforms in honour of the occasion.
