New convocation of Serbian parliament constituted

Serbian parliament’s three-member verification committee verified mandates of all 250 MPs of the new convocation, which constituted the seventh convocation of Serbian parliament in the multi-party system in Serbia.
The deputies come from 11 electoral lists.
After verification of mandates, MPs are discussing government-proposed Draft Resolution following UN Special Envoy Martti Ahtisaari’s "Comprehensive Proposal for the Kosovo Status Settlement", as well the continuation of talks on the future status of Kosovo-Metohija.
