Stojkovic visited the Valjevo Municipal Court on the occasion of complete interior and exterior renovation of the court's building and handed over keys to a car for official use.
The Justice Minister also visited the Valjevo District Court, whose premises have been renovated, video surveillance system installed and a detention room introduced.
He talked with the president and judges of the District Court, regional courts from all six municipalities of the Kolubara District, the commercial court, and with district and municipal public prosecutors.
Stojkovic said at a press conference held after the regular visit to courts in Valjevo that with the adoption of the new Constitution the state's legal foundations have been strengthened, and that a set of adopted criminal laws, with better equipped courts, will improve the efficiency of their work and restore citizens' trust into these institutions.
The Minister said that one of the most important laws, the one on the agency for the fight against corruption, has been approved by the government and is to be adopted by Serbian parliament. From that moment all conditions will be created to declare war on tycoons, bribery and corruption.
