Kostunica recalled that in less than one year, new, stable houses were built and added that most important of all is compassion, love and solidarity.
All citizens whose houses were destroyed by the natural disaster will enter their new homes no later than spring next year, the Prime Minister said.
Serbian Minister of Capital Investment Velimir Ilic emphasised that the Serbian government fulfilled its promise and built 22 houses, adding that the Geodetic Office found out that another 30 houses were endangered.
He said that those houses have not fallen, but may fall, which is why the government plans to continue building new houses in spring.
Ilic noted that the government sent a financial support to Bogdanje citizens whose houses did not fall.
The Minister noted that the new settlement has all necessary infrastructure, along with the water supply and sewage systems.
Serbian Minister of Economy Predrag Bubalo said that the government again honoured its promise as was the case in Jasa Tomic, where new houses were erected after the spring floods.
Visit to Prva Petoletka in Trstenik
Kostunica, Ilic and Bubalo travelled to Trstenik then to visit the plants of Prva Petoletka.
Bubalo noted that a tender for Prva Petoletka will most probably be announced in January next year.
Bubalo stated that the state will try to sell the company as a whole, which is what the employees want as well, adding that a Russian consortium Rosoboronexport is interested in the factory, though it is not the only prospective buyer.
The Minister recalled that Prva Petoletka is a world-wide famous company; therefore the state will do its best to find a strategic partner who will enable larger investments and thus overcome the factory's poor production in the past two decades.
According to Bubalo, the factory has a knowledgeable and capable enough workforce to keep up with new trends and meet the demands of the contemporary world.
