Serbian Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic talked today with rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council for Europe for cooperation of ex Yugoslav states with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia Tony Lloyd.
Stojkovic informed Lloyd about results achieved so far in the cooperation with the Hague tribunal and pointed out that there is political will in Serbia to locate the remaining Hague indictees.
Lloyd welcomed the progress in cooperation of competent organs in Serbia and Croatia in the field of trials and processing of war crimes and said that he will talk about the same form of cooperation with competent organs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The two officials also touched on the issue of the status and protection of human rights of Vojislav Seselj. Lloyd said that he will raise the issue of the problematic procedure in the Vojislav Seselj case before the competent organs in the Hague tribunal.
