Bids for purchase of "Ljubisa Miodragovic" from Prijeloplje ranked

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission for sale of 100% of the total registered capital of the "Ljubisa Miodragovic" textile complex in restructuring from Prijepolje accepted a tender list in which a consortium consisting of "Beocotton" from Belgrade and "Raska promet" from Lazarevac has been proclaimed first-ranked bidder.
A consortium consisting of "Plodoprom" from Belgrade and five physical entities - Savo Pusica, Svetlana Buksic, Vesna Zindovic, Mladen Nestorovic and Milutin Scepanovic is second-ranked.
The Privatisation Agency and the first-ranked bidder will start negotiations on the conclusion of a sales contract. The subject of the negotiations, among other things, will be a higher selling price and the improvement of the investment programme offered.
If negotiations are completed successfully, the Agency will invite the bidder to sign the contract.
If the first-ranked bidder does not accept the Agency's request to improve the basic elements of its offer within the deadline and does not sign the contract, the Agency will invite the second-ranked bidder to start negotiations and sign the contract, but only on condition that the second-ranked bidder improves the basic elements of its offer.
