Bids for purchase of Mitrosrem ranked

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission for socially-owned agricultural company Mitrosrem from Sremska Mitrovica ranked bids for the purchase of 70% of the capital of this company.
The tender commission accepted a tender list according to which a consortium consisting of Finam Skin from Beocin and DSD Tobako from Belgrade has been proclaimed the first-ranked bidder.
MK Komerc from Novi Sad is the second-ranked, Veterinarski Zavod from Zemun the third-ranked, Agrokop from Novi Sad the fourth-ranked, Delta M from Belgrade the fifth-ranked, and Fidelinka from Subotica the sixth-ranked.
The basic elements of the first-ranked bid are the selling price of €15.150 million, an investment programme worth €10 million, and unconditional acceptance of the minimum obligations from the social-welfare programme.
After the proclamation of the tender list, the Agency will start negotiations with the first-ranked bidder on the conclusion of a sales contract.
If the negotiations are completed successfully the Agency and the buyer will sign a sales contract.
