Negotiations with only bidder for IPM Zmaj to commence

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said that the tender commission monitoring the public tender for the sale of 94.68% of capital of Belgrade-based IPM Zmaj decided to start talks with the only bidder, a consortium comprising four companies.
The consortium includes D’Arcy&Platt and Figra from Belgrade, Finpro Delver, US, and Agrokop from Novi Sad.
As there is only one bidder at the tender, the Ministry of Economy will form a commission for negotiations with the sole bidder.
