The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission, at its second session held on October 30, ranked bids for the purchase of 100% of the total registered capital of socially-owned company Niska Industrija Tekstila "Ratko Pavlov" - Niteks under restructuring.
The statement reads that a consortium made up of "Irva Investicije" from Belgrade, "Jabuka" from Belgrade and Slavko Djordjevic from Vranje has been declared the first-ranked bidder, while the "Broadhurst Investments Ltd", Nicosia, Cyprus the second-ranked bidder.
The main elements of the first-ranked bidder's offer are the selling price of €2.25 million, an investment programme worth €4 million, and unconditional acceptance of the minimum obligations from the social welfare programme.
The Privatisation Agency and the first-ranked bidder will begin talks on the conclusion of a sale contract and if the talks are completed successfully, the Agency will sign the contract with the first-ranked bidder.
