The Serbian Privatisation Agency said today that it will not provide information on or publish the number of tender documentations purchased in the public tender for the single sale of the basic property of RTB Bor, RTB Bor-Copper Mines Bor, RTB – Copper Mines Majdanpek and RTB Bor Smelter and Refinery.
According to the statement such practise concerns all those entities subject to privatisation which are sold through a public tender, and publishing the number of tender documentations purchased could have direct and damaging consequences to the tender sale procedure.
All information in the media on the number of tender documentations purchased at the public tender for sale of the mentioned entities is speculation and has not been authorised by the Serbian Privatisation Agency.
The precise number of documentations purchased, names of potential buyers who have purchased documentation, as well as those who have submitted binding financial offers, will be determined by the tender commission at its session which will be held after the deadline for submitting final written bids for purchase of property mentioned.
The deadline for submitting final written bids is November 22 until 5 pm, concludes the statement.
