Prime Minister Professor Đuro Macut, MD, DSc, will attend a Summit of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP), which will be held on 10 June in Sofia, the Republic of Bulgaria.
This year’s Summit is themed “Strengthening Regional Unity for a Stable, Secure and Sustainable Future: Reflections on 30 Years of Partnership and Progress”, gathering top officials of countries and governments in the region, as well as representatives of regional organisations.
In addition to the Serbian Prime Minister, the Summit will be attended by President of the Republic of Bulgaria Iliana Iotova, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic Giorgos Gerapetritis, President of the Republic of Slovenia Nataša Pirc Musar, President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović, President of North Macedonia Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova and President of Albania Bajram Begaj, as well as other top officials of countries in the region.
The Summit will look at the possibilities for improving regional cooperation, economic connectivity, security, sustainable development and joint response to the challenges faced by countries of South-East Europe.
