The Serbian Privatisation Agency has stated that its representatives signed a contract with “Connex Morava a.s.” from the Czech Republic on September 12. The contract concerns the sale of 70% of the socially-owned capital of the company “Litas” from Pozarevac.
The purchase price was €1.4 million with an investment programme worth €9.968 million; the buyer also unconditionally accepted the minimum obligation as well as a certain number of added elements from the company’s social welfare programme.
At the tender for the sale of 70% of the socially-owned capital of “Litas” the bid by the consortium comprising “Eurobus-Invest” and “Inter-Bus Invest” from Budapest and “VT-Transman” from Sekeshfehervar, Hungary was declared invalid.
