Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarović participated today in Beijing at the 12th session of the Intergovernmental Joint Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the People’s Republic of China.

Mesarović pointed out that the exceptionally strong and stable relations between the two countries were confirmed on this occasion.
She said that the meeting looked at further strengthening cooperation in the fields of investment, the automotive industry, the construction of industrial zones and modern technologies.
According to her, a special focus was on new projects that create fresh jobs, export growth and sustainable development for the Serbian economy.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that, thanks to the responsible policy of the state leadership, the creation of a stable and predictable business environment continues.
We are confident that our strategic partnership will continue to bring concrete and measurable results for both the citizens and the economy of Serbia in the coming period, concluded Mesarović.
