Assets of insolvent company “Kompo” from Svilajnac sold

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that on September 13, in the organisation of the Bankruptcy Centre of the agency the property of the insolvent office furniture producer “Kompo” from Svilajnac was sold through written bids.
According to the statement, a restaurant, a warehouse, a garage for automobiles and construction land were sold to the company “Vujanic Technometal” from Svilajnac for 4.3 million dinars while the initial price was 4,207.583 dinars.
The company “Breza” bought a warehouse, a building near the petrol pump, a fuel reservoir and construction land for 4.37 million dinars, while the initial price was 2,611.466 dinars.
