Labus on working visit to Berlin

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus will pay an official visit to Berlin on June 1 and 2, at the invitation of the Conrad Adenauer Foundation.

On June 1, Labus will meet with German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer. After that, at the proposal of his host, Labus will hold a lecture themed "Reform Challenges of the New Serbian Government" at the Conrad Adenauer Foundation's Academy.
The same day, Labus will meet with President of the Christian Democratic Union party Angela Merkel to discuss cooperation between democratic powers of Serbia and Germany.
On June 2, the Serbian Deputy Prime Minister will meet with Federal Minister of Economy and Labour Wolfgang Klement, deputy chairman of a German committee for economic cooperation with countries of southeastern Europe Bodo Hombach and Deputy Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development Erich Stather.
The same day, Labus will meet with Political Director of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs Michael Scheffer, Chief Foreign Policy Advisor to German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder Bernd Mutzelburg and State Secretary at the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs Klaus Scharioth.
The officials will discuss further promotion of cooperation between the two countries, with the special stress on Germany's support to economic refoms in Serbia and its accession to European and Euroeatlantic integrations.
Serbian Minister of International Economic Relations Predrag Bubalo will accompany Labus on his visit to Berlin.
